Cleopatra Luxury Resort provides an amazing experience for adults only, with plentiful food options at the main restaurant Palmetto, featuring themed dinners and an outside grill. Guests particularly enjoy the swim-up rooms allowing direct pool access, as well as the multiple pools, including jacuzzis and a wave pool, and access to a beach with stunning coral reefs via a regular shuttle service. The rooms are spacious and clean, though a few guests have found the drinks service at the pool to be inconsistent.

The pool wasn't heated and it was surprisingly cold. i thought this was a luxury place, so i expected a warmer swim, not a teeth-chattering dip. also, getting a drink by the pool was like pulling teeth. The service was so slow that i almost dehydrated waiting. i even saw a waiter vanish into thin air after i ordered. i assume he went on vacation and forgot about my drink.
